We value diversity, equity, and a growth mindset, and we thrive in fostering authentic learning environments. CReatum strives to develop educational systems that recognize student and community values and improve academic outcomes.

Our philosophy is that students should not be limited by socio-economic or geographical circumstances. We focus on equitable education that makes sure every student, regardless of the size or location of their school district, has access to high quality instruction in every content area. We believe that every subject area is equally important and should be treated as such.

We believe that teachers are fundamental to the learning process and overall student experience, and that as such, they need to be supported in their work. CReatum recognizes the integral role of teachers, and we are dedicated to working together with them to improve educational experiences and outcomes.
