New Teacher PD, Coaching, & Mentorship

New teacher PD, coaching, and mentorship includes the following services:

1. Questionnaire for establishing new teacher support needs

2. Four professional development workshops focusing on:

     a. Curriculum development & standard alignment

     b. Culturally responsive lesson development

     c. Assessment + interpretation of findings + informed action

     d. Behavior development +(BEH)architectural design & habit                   development presentation.    

3. Individualized coaching sessions centered on challenges, successes, and progress toward goals

4. Mentoring on an as-needed basis
